Frequently asked questions

What is your cancellation policy?

The cancellation terms of the AGBH (General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry) apply: cancellations made up to 91 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made 90 days or less before arrival incur a fee of 40%, 30 days or less before arrival 70%, and 7 days or less before arrival 90% of the total stay price.

Do I need travel insurance?

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, so you’re covered if you’re unable to take your holiday at short notice.

Is parking available?

Yes, each apartment has a free parking space right outside the house.

Where is the nearest supermarket?

SPAR supermarket: approx. 8 minutes on foot M-PREIS: approx. 10 minutes on foot
The bakery is about a 3-minute walk away. You’ll find more shops in the centre of Sölden, around an 8-minute walk from the house.

Is there a ski room?

Yes, all guests can use our heated ski room with boot dryer. Our partner Sporthütte Fiegl offers ski rental and servicing right by the Gaislachkogelbahn.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Is a baby cot available?

Yes, we’ll be happy to provide a baby cot on request. Please let us know when booking.
